Posting a new forum

How should i post a new forum at home page? and this blog can post song and music?

the administration cannot be click. the word is in red color. what does it mean?

once you post a reply ,is not neccesary to put a subject in the box there,just click on 'reply' . I thing only the moderator have the permission to add or delete a new categories at home page there.

i duno la...i just guess only...u can't click on the Administration Panel at the bottom there meh??u try to click inside see whether can or nt

u try use ur brother sister id to login in see see then u will know what i say.
